Use the Pantry function, get recipes utilizing these elements

We have options available to assist you. ETM can provide meal swaps using only your pantry foods. To access this feature, click on the 3-dot menu next to a meal’s title. Select “List other meals” to see a variety of meal swaps. These swaps will still meet your macro targets, with the top results being the closest matches. Additionally, you can choose to “sort by meals that use your pantry foods.” This option will show you how many ingredients you currently have to make a meal.

Alternatively, yow will discover particular person recipes that you may prepare dinner (presently a function on the web site solely).
