Cauliflower Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 massive head cauliflower
- 8 massive eggs, divided
- 1 c. shredded white Cheddar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. paprika

- Freshly floor black pepper
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 massive onion
- 2 crimson bell peppers, chopped
- 1 c. ham
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded Monterey Jack
- Freshly chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
