Ingredients
- 6 giant eggs
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- Pinch purple pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- Freshly floor black pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 slices cheddar
- 6 frozen sausage patties, heated in response to bundle directions
- Avocado, sliced
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl beat eggs, heavy cream, and purple pepper flakes collectively. Season generously with salt and pepper. In a nonstick skillet over medium warmth, soften butter. Pour about ⅓ of the eggs into the skillet. Place a slice of cheese within the center and let sit about 1 minute. Fold the perimeters of the egg into the center, masking the cheese. Take away from pan and repeat with remaining eggs.
Step 2
Serve eggs between two sausage patties with avocado.
